📋 Return Eligibility
30-Day Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items received after this period cannot be accepted.
Item Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Must include all accessories and documentation
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale)
- Opened collectibles or sealed merchandise
- Customized or personalized items
- Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items without original tags or packaging
💰 Refund Process
Approved Returns:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless item is defective or incorrect)
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened items at our discretion
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that show minor signs of use or missing non-essential packaging.
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs apply. To ensure you get your preferred item quickly, we recommend ordering the new item separately and returning the original for a refund.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
🚨 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Process a full refund or send a replacement
- Cover all return shipping costs
Defective item claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Return Authorization: 1-2 business days
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
📍 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Grafeen Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
🌍 International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, and currency conversion rates may vary.
